Sunshine & Co. Core Connections

Our first Core Connections evening was so fun so we’re making it a regular.

Come along and join the fun whilst we enjoy a 1.5 hr session learning to apply the strength we’ve gained in Pilates and apply it to the pole.

What your ticket gets you:

A warm up, stretch and will be taught a few moves along with learning a mini routine.

I know it’s over dinner time for most so I have received permission to bring along a cheese platter that your ticket will also include.
