I'm a mum of three and starting Sunshine & Co. has been a dream that grew from both my love of movement and my belief in the power of community. As a mum, I know how important it is to carve out time for yourself, to recharge, to feel strong and to be surrounded by people who lift you up. That's exactly what I wanted to create here.

For me, this isn't just about Pilates. It's about giving people a space where they feel seen, supported and encouraged to discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

​

When you walk through our doors, my hope is that you don't just come for a class, but for yourself. I want you to walk out after feeling lighter, stronger and more connected.
