Terms and Conditions

Cancellations & No-show

  1. We maintain a 4 hour cancellation policy to ensure other individuals who may be on the waitlist have the opportunity to join in on their preferred class. This time also enables our instructors to be prepared and ensure that classes can run smoothly and on time.

  2. Failure to cancel 4 hours prior to your scheduled class will incur a fee. Class Pass holders will forfeit the class you booked and those with Memberships will be sent an invoice to pay a 50% fee our Sunny one class pass.

  3. Whilst we do not offer refunds, we do understand that unforeseeable circumstances may occur which Sunshine & Co. will determine if the missed class will be credited.

Sunshine Newbie

  1. Our Sunshine Newbie is an introductory offer for brand new clients to Sunshine & Co.

  2. This offer can only be purchased once. It is non-refundable and can not be transferred to another individual.

  3. 5 class pass is valid for one month from the date it is purchased.

  4. You are able to use this pass in both our Noosa & Coolum Studio.

Class Passes

  1. Our Shine class pass is valid for 14 days from date of purchase.

  2. Our Glow class pass and Student Glow class pass is valid for 3 months from date of purchase. 

  3. Our Radiance class pass and Student Radiance class pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

  4. Our Student Glow & Student Radiance passes are the same as our Glow & Radiance class passes, just at a discounted price.

  5. Class passes are non-refundable nor transferable.

  6. Class passes cannot be extended unless you are injured with a letter from your doctor or if the studio - Sunshine and Co. is closed for planned or unexpected reason. In this case, closure dates of the studio will be added as an extension onto your class pass.

  7. You are able to use class passes in both our Noosa & Coolum Studio.

Memberships 

  1. Our Memberships are active from the moment of purchase unless given the option otherwise by Sunshine & Co.

  2. Sessions are non-refundable nor transferable between individuals.

  3. All Year Sunshine members have committed to a year minimum from first session attended to Sunshine & Co.

  4. Golden Hour & Sunshine Unlimited members have committed to a minimum of 6 months membership period.

  5. If you decide within 7 days of purchasing a membership that you no longer would like it, you will be able to cancel your membership at no additional cost.

  6. If you wish for your membership to be cancelled within the initial first 6 or 12 months (depending on membership of purchase) an exit fee of $150 will apply.

  7. Membership members of the above can access unlimited classes weekly.

  8. You are welcome to pause your membership at any time for a minimum of 7 days at a time up to a month. Please email info@sunshineandco.com.au if you are wanting to pause your membership. 

Sunshine Trifecta & Twice the Sun membership

  1. Sunshine Trifecta & Twice the Sun memberships are active from the moment of purchase unless given the option otherwise by Sunshine & Co.

  2. Sessions are non-refundable nor transferable between individuals.

  3. Sunshine Trifecta members are committed to a minimum of 6 months.

  4. Twice the Sun members are committed to a minimum of 3 months.

  5. Sunshine Trifecta memberships are limited to a maximum of 3 classes per week with your week beginning on a Monday through to Sunday.

  6. Twice the Sun memberships are limited to a maximum of 2 classes per week, with your week beginning on a Monday through to Sunday.

  7. If you decide within 7 days of purchasing a membership that you no longer would like it, you will be able to cancel your membership at no additional cost.

  8. If you wish for your membership to be cancelled within the initial first 3 or 6 months of your locked in membership, an exit fee of $150 will apply.

  9. You are welcome to pause your membership at any time for a minimum of 7 days at a time. Please email info@sunshineandco.com.au if you are wanting to pause your membership. 

Bookings

  1. Bookings can be made via the Fit by Wix app or online via our website.

  2. When booking a class with Sunshine & Co. you are booking into a 40 minute workout with a 5 minute cooldown at the end of each class.

  3. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time and if it is your first time to our studio, please arrive 10 minutes early so our instructors are able to run through the machine and any other information required.

  4. If you have added your name to our waitlist and no longer wish to attend, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from this list.

  5. If you are unable to make your scheduled class and you are within 4 hours of your scheduled class, please let the team at Sunshine & Co. know so they can open up this timeslot for a member on the waitlist.

Age Limit & Restrictions

  1. You must be at least 16 years of age to attend one of our classes.

  2. If you are in rehabilitation with an injury, please bring along a letter from your doctor to inform our team that you are  in good physical condition to perform passive exercise.

  3. If you have just given birth, please wait until you are at least 6 weeks post-partum with a clearance from your doctor.

Sunshine & Co.'s General Terms

  1. Sunshine & Co. reserves the right to cancel classes without prior notice. Studio closures will result in you being credited classes and extended passes.

  2. Terms and conditions are able to be added too, changed or removed at any time.

  3. The changing to the studio's opening and closing hours, classes and membership fees are permitted at anytime.

  4. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply.

  5. Changes to our terms and conditions will always be communicated to our site members.

  6. Our classes may be filmed for live streaming to our virtual members. You will be notified prior to the class that the session is to be filmed.

  7. Footage that is filmed or taken may be used for social media purposes in our classes. Verbal consent will be requested prior to this footage being released for public viewing.

Privacy Policy

Sunshine & Co. respects the privacy of each individual of the Sunshine & Co. community and information collected by Sunshine & Co, will not be passed on to any other personnel or third party.

Personal Agreement to Sunshine & Co.

I agree when signing up to attend Sunshine & Co. that I'm voluntarily participating with the full understanding that classes may be physically strenuous and there is the risk of personal injury, property loss or death. With this understanding I agree that I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will not sue or make any other claims of any kind against Sunshine & Co. or its members for any personal injury, property damage, property loss or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence of otherwise.
