Our Men's Only Sunshine Balance Class is designed to push your limits with a strong focus on strength and balance. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-show We maintain a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to attend your scheduled class of cancel within 6 hours of the class start time, a no-show/cancellation fee will apply. This fee is equal to 50% of the cost of an individual class for that specific time. Bookings Bookings can be made via the Fit by Wix app or online via our website. When booking a class with Sunshine & Co. you are booking into a 40 minute workout with a 5 minute cooldown at the end of each class. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled class time and if it is your first time to our studio, please arrive 10 minutes early so our instructors are able to run through the machine and any other information required. If you have added your name to our waitlist and no longer wish to attend, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from this list. If you are unable to make your scheduled class and you are within 6 hours of your scheduled class, please let the team at Sunshine & Co. know so they can open up this timeslot for a member on the waitlist. Age Restrictions You must be at least 16 years of age to attend one of our classes. If you are in rehabilitation with an injury, please bring along a letter from your doctor to inform our team that you are in good physical condition to perform passive exercise. If you have just given birth, please wait until you are at least 6 weeks post-partum with a clearance from your doctor. Sunshine & Co. reserves the right to cancel classes without prior notice. Studio closures will result in you being credited classes and extended passes. Terms and conditions are able to be added too, changed or removed at any time. The changing to the studio's opening and closing hours, classes and membership fees are permitted at anytime. The most up-to-date terms and conditions always apply. Changes to our terms and conditions will always be communicated to our site members. Our classes may be filmed for live streaming to our virtual members. You will be notified prior to the class that the session is to be filmed. Footage that is filmed or taken may be used for social media purposes in our classes. Verbal consent will be requested prior to this footage being released for public viewing. By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
